CLUB RULES!

1. All race competitors must help to layout carpet and track markers, and pack up at the end of the night. (The quicker the track is set out the more practice time there will be)
2. Booking in opens at 7.10pm and will close at 7.30pm. We aim to start racing at 7.45pm(Anyone not booked in by 7.30pm will not be able to race)
3. Any 12v lead acid batteries must be in a container e.g. bucket or similar containers
4. Whilst racing is in progress all not participants hand sets must be switched off to prevent interference unless authorised by race control.
5. To avoid crystal clashing a minimum of either three 27mhz or two 40mhz crystals are required to race.
6. All previous race drivers must marshal the race following. If for any reason you cannot marshal, you must inform race control, and provide a substitute marshal.
7. For insurance purposes after you have raced three times at our venue you will be required to be a member of the B.R.C.A. Membership forms available from race control.
8. PLEASE NOTE: The venue is used by the general public and we are unable to police everybody who enters the arena therefore all equipment etc, is bought into the arena at you own risk.
9. Competitors and visitor must leave the venue in a clean and tidy condition, so all rubbish must be either put in bins provided, or taken away with you.
10.Competitors must put away tables that they have used.
11.Racers must not stop there car on the straight!!! If car has crashed or broken down on the straight then the driver must call that there is a car stopped on the straight, this is so the driver can try to avoid your car and cut down the chance of any cars breaking due to high speed impact, this rule applies at all time. (i.e.picking car up at end of race)
12. Classes that will be run and equipment that you can use are as follow :-

Scale Rubber 19turn

Car : Any make of touring car.
Motor : Any 19turn motor on the BRCA approved list
Motor : Brushless 10.5T (19T Equivalent) Are allowed. Tyres : Any rubber slick tires. (no foams or mini-pins)

Stock 27turn
Car : Any make of touring car.
Motor : Any 27turn motor on the BRCA approved list.
Motor : Brushless 13.5T (27T Equivalent) Are allowed. Tyres : Any foam and rubber slick tires. (no mini-pins)

GT10 Rules

Car : Any make of GT car 200mm.

Motor :Any 27/19 Turn motor on the BRCA approved list. (6 cell) or 2S Lipo Motor : Brushless 13.5T,10.5T Are allowed (2s LIPO) or down to 6.5BL for 4 cell.Tyres : Any Commercially available foam slick tires

 

 




Recoil 1/14th Cup Scale Saloon Series
1. Only chassis kit allowed is the Sportwerks Recoil 1/14th scale sedans
2. Only Sportwerks Chassis and suspension hop up parts are allowed.
3. Either Foam or Rubber tires can be used..must be sold under the Sportwerks name.
4. Only Sportwerks bodies made for the Recoil can be used.
5. Only 6 cell packs with no higher then 1400Mah rating..No Lipo's.
6. Only Sportwerks motors are allowed.ie Kit motor and or the XLR 8 motor.
7. Any electronics can be used..ie Radio, receiver, ESC, servo and battery.
8. These rules may be adjusted as soon as more specific information is out there...this will be close to a "tamiya" type class where only Sportwerks parts can be used.
9. The addition of a Heatsink or a Fan is allowed to cool the motor and or ESC.
Buggies
Car : Any 2wd / 4wd car.
Motor : No motor with a lower wind than 12 turn.
Tyres : Schumacher mini-pins / mini-spikes.

12th Scale

Car : Any make of 12th
Motor : No motor with a lower wind than 19turn
Tyres : Any Foam Tyre

18th Scale
Car : Any 18th scale car
Motor : Any motor
Tyres : any 18th Scale tyre.
